★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a couple of monthly rentals at Tao, Quetzal and Terrazas over last few years. Nice modern units even though far from everything (shops, restaurants, etc.), car is absolute must. Each time we were provided with bracelets / wrist bands that allowed us the access to Tulum’s resort pools, beach and entertainment. Towel cards were also provided.
This year we booked an apartment in ANAH complex hoping we could use the same facilities at Bahia resort but we had a nice surprise - you can’t access it anymore. You can’t use the tennis courts located at Tulum country club either. We were given the brochure at Club house still showing the free access and bracelets which they would not honor. Pretty unprofessional and upsetting. I guess our business is no longer appreciated here.
