★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beautiful beach was just a step from our door. The beach and property are immaculate and our hosts, Nancy and Melissa, were very accommodating. We wanted to stay longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an amazing experience staying here for many reasons! First, the place is unique, beautiful, super clean, located in a quiete area of Tulum! You step out from your room and you are on the beach itself with wonderful views of the ocean ?
We had our own chairs, lounge chairs and hammocks! It is a private beach and it feels like it...
Melisa was fantastic! Very responsive, absolutely reliable, and made sure our stay was perfect, it sure was! We hope to come back soon, and we'll come back here, we will not look anywhere else.
Thank you Melisa, (and your super sweet mom) for being amazing hosts!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The perfect home for a Tulum escape. Highly recommended to spend the entirety of your stay! Impeccably situated right on a pristine stretch of beach, protected by a reef and perfect for swimming and snorkeling, this beautifully situated home felt like a home-away-from-home in paradise. The grounds are impeccably maintained. With plenty of privacy, this location has a private road with a guard gate (friendly), is a couple hundred meters away from a Cenote with tons of aquatic life (and not teeming with tourists, since it’s on a private drive), and has all the accoutrements necessary to appreciate the natural beauty of the area: hammocks, comfortable reclining beach chairs, ocean-view patios, ocean kayaks/paddleboards for guests, outdoor kitchen, sand-palm trees-flowers and exotic birds. The rooms were great. All recently constructed: tiled floors, all wood frames and furniture, comfortable beds, room refrigerators, great room fans with Persian doors (slated doors that can be opened to appreciate the sea breeze) and air conditioning when you want to close things off and get cool (also worked great, efficiently cooling entire space). Bathroom was great, shower was walk-in, tiled and new – water is solar-heated, which was great (never ran out of hot water). WiFi was perfect the entire time – I used it for working remote and took video calls privately every day, without issue. Fresh clean water serviced for the room daily, along with coffee for your in-room machine. The service was remarkable! It always helps to stay at a place where you feel welcomed, and the property owners embody the warm hospitality of the region, maintaining high standards in cleanliness, care, comfort and privacy for guests. Had breakfast every day, which they prepared using locally sourced ingredients (a majority sourced from their private plot of land in the jungle), including local fruit, eggs, banana pancakes, fresh baked pastries, homemade granola, and fresh squeezed juices daily, et al. Hosts are a wealth of knowledge on local things to see and do, places to eat, etc. They were able to arrange whale shark/manta ray excursions, culinary and ecological experiences, and cultural tourism experiences on request. They are a part of the community and have been for decades, care about sustainable development and preserving the rich ecological and cultural heritage of the area while making it accessible to guests. So you definitely have the chance to get an insider’s experience if you want it through them, but also you can just keep to yourself and chill.
So anyway, highly recommended stay! The area in general isn’t well-documented in terms of things to see and do, so do yourself a favor and build in some extra time to explore this incredible region (and stay away from the dumb hotel zone and the large, foreign-owned chain hotels).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view, quiet, nature friendly, very clean, fantastic fresh breakfast from the local market and farms. It was a very pleasant stay. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They were always there, when I needed help. It was a escape from Tulum - party area. With a taxi or car, you can reach downtown easily and fast. I would highly recommend this place. Gracias to Melisa and all the staffs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As soon as we arrived the very nice host greeted us by name and helped carry our baggage as well. One of the most gorgeous places I have ever been to and possibly even the whole world. It was paradise just being there. A true heaven on earth. The hotel is right on the beach you wake up to the sound of the ocean waves and the tropical birds singing all day. Tropical turquoise waters just steps away. Free use of paddle boards and kayaks are available for the guests and the breakfast every morning was deliciously fresh and we definitely enjoyed it everyday. We stayed there for a week and did not want to come back home. Beautiful hotel and hotel staff were very nice as well. There’s a cenote walking distance from this hotel and a little convenience store by it as well and good restaurants along the same road as well. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a more quieter atmosphere then that of being in the city and the price is a bargain for this place as well. We will be coming back here to this hotel for sure. Unforgettable experience ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this little beach-front gem for my parents for one night and it was perfect, Melisa's mom helped them settle in and was so kind and helpful since they don't travel much outside the US. Perfect location right on the beach, room was clean, comfy and beautiful and the whole area felt safe and still vibrant with the nearby cenote, picturesque dock right out front and restaurants you could even easily walk to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is paradise in Tulum, Probably the most beautiful setting I've ever been. Not the most luxurious hotel, but a little gem, paradise a few steps away from Tulum centre at a very quiet beach. The best thing is when you open the door, you see the sea and you have your feet in the sand. The buildings/rooms itself are very big/spacious and have a big bathroom and a big comfy bed ! The hostess is super kind and helpfull.
The rooms have their own little terrace and sandy beach area with a hanging mat/bed and 2 lounge chairs. The beach is spectacular here and the most beautiful of Tulum. It's a very very quiet area so it was a breath of fresh air after the packed beaches of playa del carmen :-)
Breakfast each day at the terrace or the room (could be a little more for us :-)) but it was all freshly made and delicious!
recommandations: restaurant in the hotel next door for lunch or dinner is VERY good! otherwise in the same street you have TULUM advanced cuisine /cervesera which is more expensive but very delicious and they have some dancers performing for a great night out. Not far away from akumal, the ruins at 10min by car and tulum centre/beach.
