Excellent place to decorate the house.

Terrible service. Zero customer service. I visited their homeland and between q they attended me and greeted others. I requested an interior design service, they agreed to send someone and it's been 2 weeks. And that was already a client. With this I remembered because I was no longer going.

Poor quality, I don't know why they don't do things right from the beginning we had to disassemble the bed, it had staples instead of nails and it was all rebuilt from the worst pine wood that was found only the views are the only thing they put to sell well

Total fraud, don't be fooled!!! I bought a triple A room "lifetime guarantee" which was reflected in its price, which they will never respect because they change their company name. I paid for a bedroom that never arrived!! And between late deliveries and claims, from one day to the next they were already called "Casa Colomos" with that they protect themselves from complying and they argue that they are already a different company When the same daughter of the owner was the one who sold me and now for convenience the whole family does not know her last name Barragan Furniture!!

I was delighted that I was surprised to see the prices. I thought they were going to be very expensive but they are constantly discounted and the designs are super cute. I liked the personalized attention tmb because they told me how to accommodate my space. Most of my house is Casa Colomos now.

I have a lot to say about this furniture store and nothing positive. Aesthetically the beds look very nice but the quality leaves a lot to be desired for the cost. To begin with, the treatment when I went to the Zapopan store, is regular, you are served by people who are quite raised, clearly without experience in customer service. Even so, I decided to buy 2 beds with home delivery outside of Guadalajara. They make you sign a demarcation letter about the package, this is the first thing that seemed very suspicious to me because they have two freight options, one that is in-house and the other external. Well, actually there are two external ones but they sell it to you as a highly reliable in-house. I had to talk to see if my beds were delivered on the stipulated date and I got a response from the saleswoman that yes, the day came and nobody knew anything about my beds. I spoke with 3 different people who told me 3 different things about the situation of my beds, they do not communicate with each other they are liars and they do not take responsibility for anything. For this they changed the delivery date for 1 more week and nothing, I waited a few more days and finally they sent them to me, but they blamed the freight and they didn't have it. They delivered the beds 2 days before the freight arrived at my house, more lies from the manager. In the end they delivered them to me but there was a misunderstanding on the part of the seller since I told her that there were three floors and possibly if they did not fit up the stairs they would have to be flown and well they never mentioned that it would be an additional cost per floor to go up them and I refused pay for everything they put me through. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS ABSURDNESS.

It is clear to me that they have a very good price, but the furniture is of POOR QUALITY. Brand new and they are fading and breaking. Very low quality, I recommend investing a little more, for something better
