¡Me encantó la vista! Es un lugar para ir y descansar, la vista desde la alberca es impresionante, las habitaciones son bastante cómodas, todo está en buen estado, posiblemente necesites de vehículo o taxi para llegar. Sin duda volvería, súper recomendable. Adolfo se portó muy amable en todo momento

Beautiful house in the heart of San Agustinillo! Really recommend this stay, the house is new and very clean. All rooms have air conditioning and fan. The sunsets are breath taking - best view. The beach and downtown are a 15-20 minute walk away. The rooms downstairs do not have a view. The service is a bit complicated but overall friendly.

Very bad service, staff might have been friendly but were really poorly trained. - for half of our stay the electricity was down, we had to sleep without AC (and with no mosquito net/door frame), and receive no appology for it. When the electricity is off, the shower only has cold water. I undertand it might not be the hotel's fault... but the least they can do is ask us how we're doing during our stay ? We felt like we were bothering them while staying in this hotel. Oh, and when you book through booking, they ask you for a wire transfer. No credit card accepted on site: only cash! ? Now for the good sides: view is beautiful, shower was great (when working), bed was large, and one staff member was very nice (older gentleman). I wouldn't stay there again tho.

We paid something over 100 dollars for a room with a view, which is grossly overpriced by all means. Immediately after arrival we got to know that the receptionist does not know a word in English, the room is super tiny, view is nice but spoiled by ugly fence. There was a ton of mosquitos in our room. Terrace is shared with another room, pool is shared too. Water in the pool was a bit murky, but nothing too bad. Breakfast is super overpriced (200 pesos for omelet, you get amazing burger for 190 in luxurious Restaurant in Zipolite for that price!!!), they do not serve any other meal during the day. Hotel is really far from everywhere (approx. 35 minutes by walk). If you try to relax by the pool and enjoy some chill get ready for staff hanging around and chatting quite loudly without any kind of concern that people might want to try to relax. The last thing to mention is that the place lacks any kind of vibe or soul and it feels completely unattended. Overall it is just really pricey place to sleep over...

House is nicely decorated, our room in the second floor is a little bit small but it has a very nice sea view and nice balcony. Antonia who cook breakfast is very friendly and helpful. The room has a/c and tv with sky(cable tv). We didn’t get hot water (but water wasn’t that cold) I would have give them 5 stars but location is not good, not near from the beach, restaurants etc. Rent a scooter or a car and you will be fine. Bring your beach towels and some snacks! We enjoyed our stay! Thanks Julie for hosting us
