Estuve un mes con agua fría y una semana sin internet cuando éstos son servicios obligados a entregarse. De igual forma la arrendadora me cobró excedentes fuera de contrató en una ocasión y al final quizo subirme la renta, apoyada por su "agencia" de bienes raíces, por que según ellos mi mini refrigerador ahorrador de 7 pies consumía un total de luz de $250.00 al mes. La señora Laura es una persona necesitada y abusiva que no respeta ni contrato ni acuerdos respaldada por la amistad que sostiene con la jefa de la agencia de bienes raíces que de igual forma incumplen tanto contrato como acuerdos a beneficio personal. A la conclusión del contrató la agente de bienes raíces me trato de ratera por entregar un cubre colchón nuevo, en buenas condiciones en lugar del cubre colchón que se me entregó en un inició, que obviamente con el uso se va percudiendo y deteriorando y por lo que consideré mejor entregarles un cubre colchón nuevo. La peor experiencia que he tenido en mi año y medio rentando en Querétaro.
