No hay problema para estacionar, por qué cuenta con garage techado. Y espacio suficiente para otros autos en las afueras dela casa. Esta completamente amueblada, tiene refrigerador y estufa. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores. Tiene WiFi disponible. A solo cinco minutos del centro de la ciudad en auto y fácil acceso hacia el periférico.
