La comida deliciosa (ufff...las picaditas estaban riquísimas). y lo MEJOR DE TODO... es un lugar PET FRIENDLY! Muchas gracias a los que me atendieron. Ame el lugar. Tiene alberca, por un costo extra se proporcionan masajes y temazcal. El personal es muy amable Aceptan mascotas con un cargo extra. Se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito. Así como el descanso de la parte superior. Algunos pocos cuadros les falta calidad y desentonan. Por lo demás es un lugar muy bonito con original decoracion. Excelente atención de Andrea. J	Joaquin Cortina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y eso ni llegamos a hospedarnos en el lugar. 2 días antes, quise confirmar mi reservación y nada de lo q salía en mi confirmación q realicé vía Booking, estaba correcto más q la tarifa y los día de hospedaje. El teléfono q sale en la confirmación es de un administrador q ya no trabaja ahí desde hace más de 3 meses, la cama iba a ser diferente a la confirmada, el desayuno nos lo iban a dar continental en lugar de completo como lo detallaba la confirmación. Al solicitarles cumplir con lo q se detallaba en la confirmación, su única opción fue la de ofrecerme cancelar la reserva y regresarme el cargo q ya me habían hecho un par de día después de q hice la reserva. Por suerte conseguí otra opción en la q estuvimos muy a gusto. Si la atención por teléfono fue así, ya me imagino como estaría el servicio en el lugar. No recomiendo este lugar, pésima experiencia y pesíma atención. Luckily I got another option in which we were very comfortable. If the attention on the phone was like that, I can imagine how the service would be in the place. I do not recommend this place, bad experience and pity attention.

Their staff is amazing, the check in, the room's cleanes and the breakfast offered....wow those chilaquiles are to die for. Congratulations to all the staff! Please be aware there is not Ac at the rooms, but you can survive with the fan.
