Es la primera casa construida cerca de la glorieta del Angel de la Independencia. La PB está ocupada por el restaurante Mallorca y arriba son oficinas.
House made during the Porfiriato by a wealthy family of the time with the surname Cusi, who never lived, since the Revolution came. It is the first house built near the Angel de la Independencia roundabout. The ground floor is occupied by the Mallorca restaurant and upstairs are offices.
