N	Niko Nolden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really beautiful hotel close to the center. Nice garden and pool area with a kitchen. Would have given one more star for some ‘goodies’ in the bathroom like toilet brush.. also not possible to open the window without getting the mosquitos inside too.
V	Vanessa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was cute, the pool area amazingly beautiful and the hosts really nice! The rooms are true to those shown on the pictures (: but the best thing is the location! Right in the Centre so that everything is in walking distance - so many sweet little boutiques and vegan/vegetarian restaurants around.

Me and my sister had a confirmed booking at this hotel for two nights but upon arrival we were told that we cancelled it just before arriving? As we explained at the reception and to the manager over the phone, we made a trip from Tulum to C.Itza and then straight to their hotel and had no reason to cancel whatsoever - we simply had no car. In the end we were told they are now fully booked, we have to find room elsewhere and there is nothing that they can do. They blamed it on the systems but I can only assume that they simply decided to cancel and sell it for a higher price. Not apologetic either.
T	Todd Adams on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room, comfy bed, complimentary breakfast was decent. The courtyard is amazing. The small swimming pool is magical in the evening. Free parking and you can leave your bags there after checking out for a small fee. Loved staying here, would recommend for budget travelers.

With a kitchen where you meet others but also space enough if you don´t like to talk with someone. The rooms was good and clean and the staff helpfull. the garden was really very nice and you could relax there if you didn´t want to run in the city.
B	Benjamin Kason on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for the price. Rooms were simple and clean with perfect access to the entire town. You need to ask for breakfast if you want them to give it between 8 and 10. Simple pancakes toast and banana but a good start to the day included. Recommended for sure.
