Clean and comfortable, taxi easily accessible. Pool is huge.

Good rooms, great service. The hotel is being expanded and seems it will be better.

The location was great, much closer than the large resorts to the city center and square. Rooms were clean, plain, and affordable. The service was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

This hotel was awesome. The employees gave good hospitality and the services were very good too. Good prices considering where the place is located. The room was very clean and smelled very nice and I'm most likely to come back and stay at this wonderful hotel.

If I could give this place no stars I would! This was the worse hotel I had ever stayed at! First of all they did not book what we had reserved on booking and were trying to give us a room with one bed when we paid for 6 nights of two rooms with two beds each. Since there weren’t any available we were forced to pay almost Tripple the expected cost to get two larger rooms than anticipated and were moved three different times. The receptionst were all very rude and snarky were not accommodating at all! They have nothing available for your access! Want towels to shower with? 3pm they’re not available. Need utensils? When the kitchen closes at 12pm they no longer have a key. A couple other things, we had kids with us on our room accidents happen and one of our sheets had a small stain, when we came back to the room the we found the bed made with the same dirty sheets. They also mentioned that kids don’t get shower towels? We were told explicitly that since kids don’t pay for their own rooms they do not get their own towels. Meaning if you bring a child to this hotel don’t expect them to get a shower towel, I do not understand if they expect kids to either not shower or just air dry? But this policy is ridiculous especially when traveling with three children. All around a very unaccomaditing hotel I would not recommend to anyone take your money to the holiday inn or best western down the street.
