A	Alberto Carlos Alfaro Cavazos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui el sábado 22 de enero con mi gatito muy grave por cálculos en la vejiga y lo atendieron pero como seguramente ya iban de salida prefirieron agendar la operación para el lunes… yo todavía le pregunté al veterinario si mi gatito aguantaría hasta el lunes y el en tono burlón me dijo que si. Lamentablemente mi gatito no aguanto y murió el domingo en la madrugada!! Estoy muy molesto porque ellos son los profesionales y te confías de su diagnóstico, si me hubieran dicho que era urgente operarlo hubiera ido a otro lado donde si quisieran operarlo el mismo día. Hay que darle prioridad al dolor que sienten nuestros animalitos y no dejarlo a la ligera ni en manos de inexpertos!!! I went on Saturday January 22 with my very serious kitten due to bladder stones and they treated him but since they were surely going out, they preferred to schedule the operation for Monday... I still asked the vet if my kitten would last until Monday and on mocking tone told me yes. Unfortunately my kitten couldn't take it and died on Sunday morning!! I am very upset because they are the professionals and you trust their diagnosis. If they had told me that it was urgent to operate on him, I would have gone somewhere else where if they wanted to operate on him the same day. We must give priority to the pain that our animals feel and not leave it lightly or in the hands of inexperienced!!!

Mi gato llevaba 3 días sin poder ir al baño, le sacaron rayos x un sábado y me citaron HASTA el lunes para cirugía diciéndome que no me preocupe que su vejiga aguantaría. Yo creo que como profesionales de la salud deben saber que es mejor exagerar que lamentar!! Yo bien pude haber conseguido a alguien que le hiciese la cirugía el mismo dia. La vejiga de mi gato lamentablemente no aguanto hasta el lunes. Good attention, but with zero sense of urgency. My cat had not been able to go to the bathroom for 3 days, they took x-rays on him on a Saturday and they gave me an appointment UNTIL Monday for surgery, telling me not to worry that his bladder would hold. I think that as health professionals they should know that it is better to exaggerate than to regret!! I might as well have gotten someone to do the surgery on him the same day. Unfortunately my cat's bladder can't last until Monday.

Se merecen más que un diez. En lo que no estoy de acuerdo es en hacer citas por línea para que atiendan, entiendo que es por la pandemia, pero a veces son casos de emergencia y la mascota no puede esperar. Good day The service provided by the veterinarians in these facilities is more than excellent, a very cordial treatment towards people and especially with pets. They deserve more than a ten. What I do not agree with is making appointments online so that they attend, I understand that it is due to the pandemic, but sometimes they are emergencies and the pet cannot wait.

El trato fue amable y me los entregaron ya despiertos ? Excellent service always ☺️ I went to the cat sterilization campaign, however I did not have an appointment and they signed me up for the next day for free, we arrived early and they received our kittens. The treatment was kind and they gave them to me already awake ?
