★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A todos seguro les dicen que el calentador solar está fallando pero la verdad que ni lo tienen el agua helada, el agua sucia, el precio muy elevado, tobogán roto, no te dan el mobiliario completo y encima lo cobran, la peor experiencia en renta.
Surely everyone is told that the solar heater is failing but the truth is that they don't even have it, the cold water, the dirty water, the very high price, broken slide, they don't give you the complete furniture and on top of that they charge for it, the worst rental experience .

Hierbas crecidas, escombro tirado, no tiene bardas perimetrales y los perros de la comunidad se meten a buscar comida todo el día.
PIDAN FOTOGRAFÍAS RECIENTES!!!

Not recommended at all, They charge for the hot water service for the pool and the solar heater never heats the water; it's cold!!
Overgrown weeds, rubble thrown, it does not have perimeter fences and the community dogs get in to look for food all day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad no les recomendamos rentar está casa ya que no cumple con todo lo que prometen. La alberca no está climatizada y aparte sucia. Se justifican de que la bomba se descompuso al igual que la lona se reventó por los "aires" y el refrigerador no funciona bien. Cómo dicen en otros comentarios no hay bardas de protección, los perros se meten. El tobogán no está terminado y mucho escombro.
The truth is that we do not recommend renting this house since it does not fulfill all that it promises. The pool is not heated and dirty. They justify that the pump broke down just like the canvas burst from the "air" and the refrigerator does not work well. As they say in other comments there are no protection fences, the dogs get in. The slide is not finished and a lot of rubble.
