Very bad experience! They rent the entire house and spend it harassing you all the time entering and leaving the living room and kitchen.

It is a very nice house, but the service was not good, I made a reservation for one night for me and my family 8 people, it is a two-story house the bedrooms are at the top and kitchen room and eat below, I read that the bottom part was shared but when I spoke to hire the service they told me that they charged me 2500 only the accommodation above without the bottom part and I told him that if I could use the whole house because I was looking for a complete house because I would take To all my family and I needed privacy, they told me that if, if I wanted the whole house for 8 people, they would charge me 3200, accept and the day came, the person who welcomed me was the very kind cleaning lady by the way, We felt at home, but in the afternoon I began to feel somewhat strange, because people from the same place entered as if nothing to the places where we were inside the house, the next day at 9 am when you are supposed to be resting with your family, I realize that there are people at the bottom, making a sound, it seemed strange and I went to the management, in which they told me that it was a group that had rented the bottom for an event and I said as if I have rented this house until today at 1pm, talk to the administrator who made the contract and tells me that I did not know what was happening but would investigate, the case is that there are different owners in that complex and they did not inform each other of the events that they had, I am really very disappointed, since my privacy was violated and my service was dismal, besides that the annoying cleaning person began to indicate that we should not use the bottom, that we would talk to who made the reservation , I really went with many hopes especially because it was my family and they also liked the house, if they are going to continue renting really I suggest that they indicate how it is and if they indicate that it is the whole house without sharing respect ☹️
