Food is good in general nice quality. Pricy from my point of view, but great great service.

Good food, reasonable prices, great kids play area as live music. Would recommend to anyone wanting an authentic traditional meal.

Good Spanish food but the experience was hideous overall. when we left my wife had left the car parked in the valet and they smashed the rear window and damaged the trunk and spoiler. The valet as always didn't want to pay my damage so I went inside and asked for a manager. Out comes Rafael Alonso Uriarte that was very polite and told us that if they did not want to pay he would pay himself my damage, my car is a 2018 XC60 Volvo.I took it to the agency and called my insurance agent and when time came to pay the bill Rafael Alonso Uriarte did not pay, he blatantly lied to our faces so we would leave the premises and I had to pay the bill myself. DO not go to this restaurant or get a cab or walk there. Buena comida española pero la experiencia fue horrible y pasamos un muy mal rato. Cuando salimos del lugar que tuvimos que estacionarnos en el Valet, notamos que la camioneta estaba dañana del vidrio trasero, cajuela y fascia. Obviamente el valet no queria pagar y tuve que entrar de nuevo al restaurante y solicitar por un gerente. Salio Rafael Alonso Uriarte y muy educadamente nos dijo que el pagaria todos los gastos de composturas en agencia. Yo para reducir costos y que el no pagara tanto, le llame a mi seguro y lo meti a la agencia asi. Cuando llego el tiempo de pagar le hable a Rafael Alonso Uriarte y le comente el monto a pagar. Lo unico que hizo fue solicitarme mi celular para que el se lo pasara al supervisor del valet. Ambos el valet y Rafael Alonso uriarte me mintieron a mi cara y descaradamente hicieron que nos fueramos del luagar creyendo que los gastos de la reparacion se pagarian por ellos. Nunca pagaron nada y yo tuve que pagar todos daños. No vayan a este restaurante o vayan caminando o en taxi. Rafael Alonso Uriarte es un gerentucho mentiroso pero educado que solo busca por el bien de el mismo.

Went again for my 12th wedding anniversary. As always excellent service and top quality food... And the Rioja Wine...

Outstanding spanish restaurant with excellent menu and wine list. In the high price side but worth it. You can ask different entrance dishes to enjoy your spanish wine

It is one of the best spanish restaurants in Mexico City. The quality of the food is amazing and the flavor is absolutely astonishing. The wine menu is very good. There are no wrong plate choices in La Casa de Castilla. But there are some (very few) drawbacks. It is quite pricey. The presentation of the plates it's not what you'd expect from a restaurant of that level, but some of us are there just for the food. And the background music was awful Mexican 90's pop. So annoying that my girlfriend asked to turn it down. The place is beautiful and the music should enhance the experience.

Enjoyed a delicious Spanish feast of tapas, paella, fish, and meat, shared among a group of 7. The food is excellent, the ambience is very nice, and the service is good. It's not cheap but it was worth the price.
