★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hacen trabajos extraordinarios, ir y no comprar una pieza es casi imposible. Mi sugerencia es que deberían especializarse en el empaquetado de las piezas, ya que son piezas delicadas y costosas como para que las envuelvan solo en una vuelta de plástico espumoso y rellenar la caja con papel periódico. Si bien nos advirtieron del tipo de traslado que necesitaba y no pudimos hacerlo, decidimos correr el riesgo, pero fue frustrante abrir la caja y ver que la caja estaba rellena de papel periódico y la catrina hecha añicos. Solicitamos supervisar el empaquetado y no lo permitieron ??♀️ tal vez de haber visto como la empaquetaban hubiéramos tomado otra decisión. Ojalá mejoren esa parte, fuera de ahí las piezas son arte. Por último, la joven que nos atendió (Paulina) no respondió mis mensajes sobre dudas y cotización, no hay cliente pequeño.
They do extraordinary work, going and not buying a piece is almost impossible. My suggestion is that they should specialize in packaging the parts, as they are delicate and expensive parts so just wrap them in foam wrap and stuff the box with newspaper. Although we were warned of the type of transfer it needed and we could not do it, we decided to take the risk, but it was frustrating to open the box and see that the box was stuffed with newspaper and the catrina was in pieces. We asked to supervise the packaging and they did not allow it ??♀️ maybe if we had seen how they packaged it we would have made another decision. I hope they improve that part, apart from that the pieces are art. Finally, the young woman who attended us (Paulina) did not answer my messages about questions and quotes, there is no small client.
