★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa de cultura uno de los organismos mas representativos de Ozumba muy olvidada. Desde ya hace varios años ha sido olvidada por las administraciones que invierten poco o nada en cultura. Muy pocos talleres, pocas exposiciones y poca cultura. Solo se acuerdan de fechas importantes como día de muertos, depues se olvidan de este lugar. El edificio necesita mantenimiento urgente en todos los aspectos y su personal debería estar más capacitado para dirigir una institución de este tipo.
The house of culture is one of the most representative bodies of Ozumba, very forgotten. For several years now, it has been forgotten by administrations that invest little or nothing in culture. Very few workshops, few exhibitions and little culture. They only remember important dates such as the Day of the Dead, then they forget about this place. The building is in urgent need of maintenance in all respects and its staff should be better trained to run such an institution.
