★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy vecino del lugar y es inhumano la forma en que tratan a los viejitos me toca oír los gritos al bañarlos cuando les dan de comer o que se duerman no es posible tanta crueldad también me ha tocado ver cómo los jalan no tienen vigilancia en una ocasión tuve que tocar el timbre de la entrada y avisar que uno de ellos estaba en el piso, si alguien sabe como avisar la dueña es una prepotente se estaciona en mi cochera ojalá alguien lea esto y ayude a desaparecer este tipo de negocios con poco profesionalismo.
I am a neighbor of the place and it is inhuman how they treat the old people I have to hear the screams when bathing them when they feed or fall asleep is not possible so much cruelty I also have to see how the jalan do not watch once I had to ring the doorbell and warn that one of them was on the floor, if someone knows how to warn the owner is a arrogant parking in my garage hopefully someone read this and help to disappear this type of business with little professionalism.

Tienes a los pobres abuelitos todo el día sentados en la sala viéndose unos a otros porque ni siquiera televisión ó música para mantenerlos distraidos, ofrecen que según hay actividades y no es cierto no hay sentido común en ningún aspecto, que les cuesta ponerlos a jugar en algo... En los medicamentos no hay responsabilidad ya que no le dan la importancia y les vale dejar de dársela a sus horas ó se les olvida.
En los baños ni siquiera papel higiénico y jabón de manos, servilletas jamás en la cocina. Cambio de personal a cada rato porque no duran. La alimentación pésima no es balanceada y sin restricciones para los diabéticos les ponen a todo azúcar normal. Es un lugar que no les recomiendo. Y la dueña no tiene ética en ningún aspecto.
Depressing place and very bad attention. You have the poor grandparents sitting in the living room all day watching each other because not even television or music to keep them distracted, they offer that depending on there are activities and it is not true there is no common sense in any aspect, that it is difficult for them to put them to play in something ... In medications there is no responsibility since they do not give it importance and it is better for them to stop giving it to their hours or they forget.
In the bathrooms not even toilet paper and hand soap, napkins ever in the kitchen. I change staff every so often because they don't last. The lousy diet is not balanced and without restrictions for diabetics they put all normal sugar. It is a place that I do not recommend. And the owner is unethical in any way.
