★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efectimundo primero te atienden bien para engancharte y después prepárate para que te tarden más de una hora sean déspotas te digan que no se hacen responsables esta bien que sea una casa de empeño pero el trato es pésimo les recomiendo las que se encuentran a la vuelta donde brindan un trato amable y cumplen con lo que te venden o empeñas primera y última vez que compro algo ahí un consejo sino quieren perder horas ver jetas y le digan que deben de leer la letra pequeña cuando es su obligación comentarte las políticas de la empresa no vayan ay muchas otras buenas esta cadena no lo es el menos esa sucursal pésima.

Tienes que adquirir otro artículo de la tienda pero a costo regular (más caro), más lo que pagas de la garantía que es de 10% , te sale el artículo como si lo compraras nuevo.
No te reembolsan tu dinero.
