I lived there 2 years I can only say that it is a safe and quiet place and much respect from the landlord to the tenants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El dueño hace fiestas cada fin de semana no eeja dormir.... los baños nunca los lava estan asquerosos ...te quita el internet... cua do el quiere....se mete a los cuartos cua do uno no esta.....etc
The owner holds parties every weekend, he does not sleep ... the bathrooms are never washed, they are disgusting ... he takes away the internet ... when he wants ... he goes to the rooms when one is not .....etc

Adrián (the owner) is a drunkard. A bottle of tequila is taken daily and the toilets are disgusting. I do not recommend this house
