★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, trato inhumano y arrogante, no hay comunicación y dan pésima información. Buscan cualquier excusa para no atender a la gente e incluso la mandan a otros lados para que no regresen. Que asco de servidores públicos.
Terrible service, inhuman and arrogant treatment, there is no communication and they give terrible information. They look for any excuse for not attending to people and even send it to other places so that they do not return. What a disgust of public servants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio ofrecido es pésimo, no es para nada útil la ayuda proporcionada, ni la información que tiene cada uno de los funcionarios, además de que el tiempo de espera es ridículamente largo, cuando uno precencia la incompetencia de los trabajadores llevando a cabo actividades sin relación alguna a su puesto, tales como coser, hablar por teléfono o ver videos en su dispositivo móvil. Una queja particular es sobre la 'Lic. Verónica' quien no sólo es déspota y grosera, sino también altanera, cínica y poco profesional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es deporte extremo llegar a este lugar si no vienes en automóvil. El personal aunque atento muy lento y poco servicial, hay que esperar durante largas horas a ser atendido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acceso bastante difícil si no vas en carro particular, no hay espacio ni parada de transporte público, la más cercana no tiene conexión con el inmueble, el peatón debe caminar sobre el arroyo vehicular arriesgándose a ser embestido por los vehículos que por ahi circulan. Los servidores públicos que ahí laboran cierran el acceso a los baños y solamente dejan abierto un solo baño (de hombres) para uso indistinto de hombres, mujeres y personas con alguna discapacidad, si les pides que te abran alguno de manera burlona te ignoran, así que tienes que usar el de hombres que dicho sea de paso al parecer tampoco asean de manera constante, menoscabando la dignidad de los usuarios.
