★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene variedad de actividades para toda la familia y a un precio sumamente accesible. El único detalle es que no cuenta con personal para realizar el aseo del salón en dónde se realizan las actividades. Por lo que por lo general se encuentra en pésimas condiciones. Además de que el salón se usa para almecenar sillas y mesas que estorban y quitan espacio al salón.
 It has a variety of activities for the whole family and at a very affordable price. The only detail is that it does not have personnel to clean the room where the activities are carried out. So it is usually in terrible condition. In addition to the room is used to store chairs and tables that hinder and take away space to the room.

Tiene jardines y salones los cuales se usan como recinto para impartir seminarios y dar conferencias. A veces se exponen algunas pezas artísticas de exponentes locales. Además de este servicio, junto a este sitio se encuentran una oficina de tesorería del municipio para realizar trámites administrativos, una oficina de Correos de México, y una oficina de la asociación civil de Caminantes de las Américas.
The cultural center is part of the Delegation of the Contry La Silla neighborhood of the municipality of Guadalupe. It has gardens and lounges which are used as a venue for giving seminars and giving conferences. Sometimes some artistic fish from local exponents are exhibited. In addition to this service, next to this site are a municipal treasury office to carry out administrative procedures, a post office in Mexico, and an office of the civil association of Walkers of the Americas.
