★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De qué sirve que el hotel esté a pie de playa, si NO HAY ARENA ? bajando la escalera hay piedras y el mar, no te puedes meter porque las olas golpean súper fuerte la barda del hotel; respecto a instalaciones, las puertas no cierran, están viejas, no hay agua caliente, se va el agua por ratos, tiene horrible sabor cuando te lavas los dientes, no hay televisión, dan 2 toallas por habitación, la puerta principal de la habitación se atora, la reja del balcón es de madera y está floja, al igual que el barandal de las escaleras es de aluminio y está flojo. Parece que el edificio se caerá en cualquier momento. No hay tiendas cerca, hay que caminar 10 minutos para encontrar una.
What is the use of the hotel being right on the beach, if there is NO SAND ? going down the stairs there are stones and the sea, you can't get in because the waves hit the hotel wall super hard; Regarding facilities, the doors do not close, they are old, there is no hot water, the water goes out at times, it tastes horrible when you brush your teeth, there is no television, they give 2 towels per room, the main door of the room is it sticks, the balcony fence is wooden and is loose, like the railing of the stairs is aluminum and is loose. It looks like the building will fall at any moment. There are no shops nearby, you have to walk 10 minutes to find one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensaba que los que ponían malos comentarios sobre este hotel estaban exagerando pero hace un año fui y sí está horrible todo, al primer día ya quería irme, hace un calor horrible y no hay aire acondicionado, tampoco agua limpia, en la noche se meten muchos insectos a la habitación y aparte hay que subir como 70 escaleras. Y no venden nada cerca. No volvería nunca.
I thought that those who put bad comments about this hotel were exaggerating but a year ago I went and everything is horrible, the first day I wanted to leave, it is horrible hot and there is no air conditioning, no clean water, many people get in at night insects to the room and in addition you have to climb like 70 stairs. And they don't sell anything nearby. I would never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming here for about 7 years. It has long been my favorite place to stay. Sadly, that is no longer true.
The pool was filthy when we arrived. Yes, they knew we were coming.
Every day when the housekeepers clean our room, they forget sheets. Or towels. Or toilet paper. Sometimes they forget to clean entirely.
The Hotel Valparaiso is right next door. Check them out instead.
