This place is incredible. The private, gated community is beautiful, safe, quiet and tranquil. And while it’s a block off the beach, it’s perfectly situated on the northernmost end of the community, which is the shortest walk to town. You don’t have to take a taxi like in many other areas. It also has two master suites, which makes it perfect for double or larger families. But the best part? That rooftop... It’s a wonderful place to see the seven shades of blue and experience life... We spend most hours of every day up there.

Unobstructed views of the ocean from the rooftop, grocery delivery service, within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We made fresh fruit mimosas in the kitchen, synced to the Sonos system for vacation vibes and soaked up so much sun! Can’t wait to go again!

Skip the resorts and stay here! This modern home is wonderfully furnished and centrally located near downtown Playa del Carmen in a lush, guarded community a block and a half off the beach. The staff members are all very helpful and eager to make your stay as comfortable and carefree as possible. Ivonne is an absolute pleasure to work with when planning day trips, meals out, and pretty much whatever else your vacation might need in order to make it memorable. Thank you & bravo ? to everyone involved. We will be back!

Favorite vacation spot! We stayed with 4 adults and 2 teens. There is so much room and I remember every level and even door we opened, we were saying WOW! ? by the time we got to the rooftop of my dreams I knew this would be one of the best weeks of our lives and it surpassed everything I hoped for in a “great” place to stay and SO close to the beach, restaurants and excursion? we were so rested. Great communication, helpful and friendly staff and even a security station entering our neighborhood. We felt totally safe. I hope to come back every year for the rest of my life! Amazing accommodation for your vacation! This house is in a gated neighborhood in Playa Del Carmen just steps away from the ocean. The house staff is amazing! Ivonne is the house manager and she can answer all your questions before, during and after your trip! She is fabulous! The rooftop pool is the best part of the house! We stayed up their for hours enjoying the view. The beds were clean and comfortable and the house was stocked with everything you need. You will not be disappointed when you book this house!

This is my second stay at this property in two years. First time was with a friend group and our latest trip was a more relaxed family getaway. The home is everything you would hope for. Very well maintained and appointed. We spend most of our days on the rooftop deck, or down at the beach. It's literally a half a block away from the casa. But we are also nightlife people and enjoy going out to dinner and seeing energy. This home is walkable from fifth Avenue and have always felt extremely safe here. Security roams the neighborhood and it is gated in the community. All of that's amazing, but what really brings us back every year is the owner Scott and his staff. They helped set up in home chefs, grocery shopped for us, and even make reservations at the best restaurants. This trip they even helped set up covid testing in home so we didn't have to hassle with trying to find one on our own. Ivonne is the house host and she is great at her job. If you are looking for a vacation experience that accommodates the strange travel times we are living in, I highly recommend this property. For us it's all in the details and service you get to make your trip more enjoyable and they cover every single detail along with you. Scott and team, we're here for christmas and we can't thank you enough for the opportunity and wonderful time we have had.

Lovely home, beautiful roof top deck with great views. The rooms lower level rooms are very stuffy but turning on the A/C helps. Management company has wonderful and attentive staff. A great addition would be a bike rack to safely store rentals overnigh and wine corks.
