★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Casa de la Siempreviva data del siglo XVII y fue llamada así de 1768 a 1890 debido a la existencia de ese tipo de flores en el lugar. Posteriormente se llama Calle de Carlos Pacheco en honor al capitán que en el sitio de los liberales del 2 de abril de 1867 a órdenes del Gral. Porfirio Díaz hizo una heroica toma de la trincheras ubicada en esta calle.
La casa fue restaurada anexándole la vivienda contigua en esquina con la 7 poniente. La decoración fue una amalgama perfecta de lo clásico colonial con arquitectura moderna y estructuras metálicas.
El patio principal se usa para recepciones y las habitaciones se destinan a oficinas de varias empresas como Mexico Libre, McMillian e Informatik entre otras.
The House of the Immortelle dates from the seventeenth century and was called that way from 1768 to 1890 due to the existence of this type of flowers in the place. Later, it was called Calle de Carlos Pacheco in honor of the captain who, on the site of the liberals on April 2, 1867, under the orders of Gral. Porfirio Díaz, made a heroic seizure of the trenches located on this street.
The house was restored by annexing the adjoining house on the corner with 7 west. The decoration was a perfect amalgamation of the colonial classic with modern architecture and metallic structures.
The main patio is used for receptions and the rooms are used for offices of various companies such as Mexico Libre, McMillian and Informatik among others.
