★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edificio está dividido en dos parte una de es la casa de cultura y la otra la de la tercera edad... De por sí después de su construcción empezó a tener problemas, el plafon se estaba cayendo, el elevador dejó de funcionar, el piso se estaba levantando, etc... Con el sismo se puso peor, le hace falta inmueble desde que arranco... Me entristece la situación por que leí una nota donde decía que era una maravilla, gastaron una buena lana en ella y en realidad quienes conocemos el lugar, podemos decir otra cosa, lamentable ya que dejó de ir gente y siempre hicieron falta recursos para poder dar un mejor servicio a los visitantes ??

Después de su remodelación muy bien y limpio el Interior. Incluso el patio. Pero ahora descuidaron totalmente el patio. Incluso una parte del terreno lo ocupó el sitio de peseros colectivos.

Debería ampliar sus horarios de actividades.
Y la Alcaldía debe enviar instructores con honorarios cubiertos.
Hacen grandes esfuerzos para seguir laborando.
Que el administrador verifique la limpieza de los patios. Y que solicite vigilancia vespertina.
Que esté el Alcalde atento al uso de las instalaciones, ya que un sitio de taxis colectivos usaba un terreno de la Casa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con el gusto de platicar de este bonito espació; que inicialmente era proyecto para la Casa de Cultura, tanto así que se hizo la difusión para consolidar un Consejo de Cultura con la participación de nuestra comunidad, que por cierto fue muy concurrida. Finalmente se realizó la apertura de forma autónoma con la realización de varios eventos culturales. Posteriormente, la UAM se proclamo como dueño de dicho espacio. Y en el 2012 la delegación Xochimilco trato de condicionar al consejo los trabajos a realizar y fue entonces que se desvaneció dicho consejo. Sería interesante, que se logrará reunir a los miembros de ese primer consejo; aprovechando que el gobierno en turno tiene el interés de apoyar la riqueza de la cultura de nuestras comunidades.

Finally, the opening was carried out autonomously with the realization of several cultural events. Subsequently, the UAM was proclaimed as the owner of said space. And in 2012, the Xochimilco delegation tried to condition the work to be done to the council and that council then vanished. It would be interesting, that the members of that first council will be reunited; taking advantage that the government in turn has the interest of supporting the richness of the culture of our communities.
