Centro cultural puesto en operación el 27 de octubre de 2000, que da respuesta a una demanda de compositores e intérpretes tabasqueños para contar con un espacio propio de expresión y encuentro. Anteriormente funcionaba en un inmueble de la Zona Luz-centro y desde octubre del 2003 se trasladó a la Zona CICOM, donde además de su área de presentación de espectáculos musicales se cuenta con una Galería para exposiciones de artes plásticas.
Eventos musicales como homenaje a compositores tabasqueños, noches de nostalgia, los años dorados, café del recuerdo, la trova infantil, noche de boleros, la trova canto nuevo y jazz.
Cafetería y galería para exposiciones.
Es una visita obligada si visitas Villahermosa, en el mágico estado de tabasco.
Ubicación: Periférico Carlos Pellicer Cámara s/n Zona CICOM, a un costado del Museo Regional de Antropología “Carlos Pellicer Cámara” acceso principal del Centro de Investigación de las Bellas Artes (CEIBA).

Grant the various music-cultural associations of the entity, a suitable space for the diffusion of artistic manifestations; as well as working in coordination with the society of authors and composers of the State and independent interpreters to rescue, preserve and promote popular music in our region.
Cultural center put into operation on October 27, 2000, which responds to a demand from Tabasco composers and performers to have their own space for expression and encounter. A mi gusto está demasiado iluminado para el giro que se le busca dar, pero el ambiente en noche de trova se pone bastante bueno.
Ponen los aires acondicionados algo fuerte, así que es recomendable ir con ropa algo gruesa o un abrigo.
