Compré un comedor desde el 26 de abril y me dijeron que el tiempo de entrega era de 4 semanas, ya que no contaban con las sillas en bodega. La mesa y buffet que se compraron me los entregaron sin problema, sin embargo, las sillas no las he recibido, DOS MESES después de haberse comprado.
Hablando a call center, siempre me daban una fecha de entrega y llegando esa fecha volví a hablar y me daban una nueva fecha, dos o tres días después de la original. Esto me pasó alrededor de CINCO veces, llegando al punto que me han retrasado la entrega un mes.
Es un insulto a sus clientes que hagan esto, ya que el total que pagué por las sillas fue de mas de $10,000. No compré una mesa y un buffet, compré. UN COMEDOR. Completo. Con sillas. Llevo dos meses esperando y mi comedor sigue incompleto.
 Casa de Las Lomas is a joke. For anyone considering buying from this store, I suggest they reconsider. I bought a dining room from April 26 and they told me that the delivery time was 4 weeks, since they did not have the chairs in the warehouse. The table and buffet that were bought were delivered to me without problem, however, the chairs I have not received, TWO MONTHS after they were bought.
Speaking to the call center, they always gave me a delivery date and when that date arrived I spoke again and they gave me a new date, two or three days after the original one. This happened to me about FIVE times, to the point where delivery has been delayed for a month.
It is an insult to your clients that they do this, since the total I paid for the chairs was over $ 10,000. I didn't buy a table and a buffet, I bought. A DINING ROOM. Full. With chairs. I've been waiting for two months and my dining room is still incomplete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve una mala experiencia me trajeron un comedor que estaban desalinedas las sillas, la mesa era de cristal y estaba floja porque las partes no enbonaban bien. Hablé al servicio al cliente y tardo el técnico en ir a mi domicilio 10 días, para que me dijera que la mesa no tenía arreglo que la reportará para un cambio, a las sillas le puso rondanas para alinearlas, quede inconforme y después de pelear solicite cambio de comedor por otro modelo porque no me gustó lo que le hicieron a las sillas, sus arreglos caseros. Por lo que 30 días después recibí otro de madera que escogí el cual trae detalles en las puntas, pero me canse de pelear.
I had a bad experience they brought me a dining room that the chairs were misaligned, the table was made of glass and it was loose because the parts did not fit well. I spoke to customer service and it took the technician to go to my home 10 days, for him to tell me that the table had no arrangement that will report it for a change, he put washers to align the chairs, I was dissatisfied and after fighting I asked I change the dining room for another model because I did not like what they did to the chairs, their home arrangements. So 30 days later I received another made of wood that I chose which has details on the tips, but I got tired of fighting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonitos muebles, pero NO COMPREN AHÍ!!! Compré comedor, trinchera y sillas, que lo entregaban entre 4 y 6 semanas, Wow muchísimo tiempo, pero acepté. Ya pasaron 3 meses y no tienen las sillas, su mugre pretexto es que el proveedor no las entrega, a mi me vale, el problema es de ellos y no mío, que falta de respeto de esta mueblería, no son capaces de llamarme yo soy la que llama siempre para ver qué pasa. Siempre dicen que en 2 semanas ya las tienen y así ya pasaron 3 meses.
**agosto 20 y siguen sin entregarme las sillas, ni una llamada me han hecho.
**septiembre 9, finalmente después de 5 meses entregaron las 4 sillas del comedor. Increíble que no fueron capaces de enviar algún detalle por su pésimo servicio.

Very nice furniture, but DO NOT BUY THERE !!! I bought dining room, trench and chairs, which were delivered between 4 and 6 weeks, Wow a long time, but I accepted. 3 months have passed and they do not have the chairs, their filth pretext is that the supplier does not deliver them, it works for me, the problem is theirs and not mine, how disrespectful this furniture store is, they are not able to call me I am the one that always calls to see what happens.
