Para el resto del pedido tuve que estar insistiendo y de todos modos no cumplieron con las fechas que ya estaban mucho después de lo pactado. The furniture is very nice but they have the worst delivery service. They delayed the delivery of my order more than two weeks and delivered it incompletely. For the rest of the order I had to be insisting and they still did not meet the dates that were already long after what was agreed.

Nunca volvería a comprar nada en esa tienda. Adquirí unos productos por la web en mayo del 2020, y por ser importación y estar la pandemia no me los podían enviar porque estaba lento la aduana. Sin embargo, estamos en 27 de enero del 2021 y siguen sin enviarme los productos aduciendo por teléfono que ya lo tienen en Morelia desde el 14 de este mes en bodega. Hoy fui a reclamar a la sucursal y el dependiente Jorge, portándose majadero y no encontrando la orden de envío, dice que me tengo que esperar hasta que haya ruta hacia mi domicilio. La atención del personal es muy buena y amable, existe gran variedad de salas, comedores y recámaras, así como otros artículos de decoración de buena calidad.
