Compré un comedor desde el 26 de abril y me dijeron que el tiempo de entrega era de 4 semanas, ya que no contaban con las sillas en bodega. Pedí que me entregaran la mesa y el buffet, pero hoy, 20 de junio, mis sillas siguen sin llegar. La atención pésima en call center. Cada vez que hablo me dan una fecha nueva de llegada para las sillas. Llevo mas de un mes hablando y sigue sucediendo lo mismo. NO COMPREN SUS MUEBLES AQUI. Casa de Las Lomas is a joke. For anyone considering buying from this store, I suggest they reconsider. I bought a dining room from April 26 and they told me that the delivery time was 4 weeks, since they did not have the chairs in the warehouse. I asked for the table and the buffet to be delivered, but today, June 20, my chairs still do not arrive. The terrible attention in the call center. Every time I speak they give me a new arrival date for the chairs. I've been talking for more than a month and the same thing keeps happening. DO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE.
