compre una recamara para mis hijos, la entrega tardo 15 días y cuando llego no era lo acordado, acudi ala tienda en cuernavaca morelos y me dijeron que si queria esa recamara que yo pedi me costaba 2800 pesos mas, cuando hay un recibo con la cantidad de 16870 liquidado en efectivo desde el dia que se hizo el pedido, llevo 20 dias reclamando la recamara o mi dinero y solo me traen vuelta y vuelta. Creo que no hay un compromiso de parte de ellos, acudire a las instancias correspondientes para hacer efectivo mi dinero, parece una tienda confiable pero nolo es, sino todo lo contrario, te dan un presupuesto por escrito y despues no lo respetan. Creo que deberian tener mas compromiso departe de ellos, porque yo como cliente no vuelvo a comprar con ellos, es una mala experiencia con esa tienda.
