Seguro regreso. I was at the beach club from morning to sunset, good service, good internet (I was working and everything was fine), good food, accessible, it is a quiet place away from street vendors, friendly with pets. Dentro del hotel tienen dos piscinas pequeñas bastante agradables, una de ellas en la terraza con una gran vista hacia la playa. El lugar en general está limpio, el unico detalle es que la habilitación en la que estuvimos era muy pequeña y no corresponde al precio que pagamos, esperabamos un poco mas . En general la experiencia estuvo bien It is a nice little hotel. It is practically in front of the beach, it has a beach club with chairs, lounge chairs and mattresses for guests. Inside the hotel they have two very nice little pools, one of them on the terrace with a great view towards the beach. The place in general is clean, the only detail is that the accommodation we were in was very small and does not correspond to the price we paid, we expected a little more. A	Ana Laura Kanul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me dedico a evaluar hoteles y la verdad el lugar no cumple con los estándares en calidad de servicio y no sigue los protocolos sanitarios (en especial las medidas de covit), comenzando porque la recepcionista nunca usa cubrebocas y tampoco el personal de seguridad del hotel. Las habitaciones están sucias , la cama esta mal hecha (ni siquiera tiene una colcha), dentro de los souvenirs ni a jabón para manos llegan y el colmo fue encontrarme insectos rastreros dentro del cuarto entre ellos unas lagartijas. Los los alimentos del restaurante dejan mucho que desear y la recepción siempre se encuentra vacía además de que el personal tiende a ser prepotente y elitista. Si lo que estás buscando es verdaderamente un hotel que te haga sentir como en casa , sugiero te hospedes en casa jaguar, un lugar encantador , cómodo y placentero que tiene personal certificado ante la SECTUR. I am dedicated to evaluating hotels and the truth is that the place does not meet service quality standards and does not follow sanitary protocols (especially covit measures), starting with the fact that the receptionist never wears a face mask and neither do the hotel security personnel. The rooms are dirty, the bed is poorly made (it doesn't even have a quilt), not even hand soap is inside the souvenirs, and the last straw was finding crawling insects inside the room, including some lizards. The restaurant food leaves a lot to be desired and the reception is always empty plus the staff tend to be pushy and elitist. If what you are looking for is truly a hotel that makes you feel at home, I suggest you stay at Casa Jaguar, a charming, comfortable and pleasant place that has SECTUR-certified personnel.
