Buen servicio al cliente...super amables y dan confianza.
Cuentan con un habitación familiar...tuve la oportunidad de ver todas las habitaciones... Cada una es única...Nos Encantó!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel está limpio y muy buen ubicado. Muy ruidoso, no se puede dormir, martillazos a las 10 pm y desde las 7 am. Las camas y almohadas no están cómodas, la señal de la TV pésima. Me cobraron $150 por una toalla facial porque la ensucié de maquillaje. La actitud de la recepcionista no es profesional, no acepta ninguna observación. En resumen, NO LO RECOMIENDO !!! Precio calidad hay muchísimas opciones mejores.
The hotel is clean and very good located. Very noisy, you can not sleep, hammer at 10pm and from 7am. The beds and pillows are not comfortable, the bad TV signal. They charged me $ 150 for a facial towel because I messed up makeup. The attitude of the receptionist is not professional, does not accept any observation. In summary, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT !!! Price quality there are many better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lindo hotel y muy bien ubicado, a 2 cuadras del zócalo y a unos cuantos pasos del mercado San Agustín donde puedes encontrar varios restaurantes para desayunar, comer, cenar. La habitación está de buen tamaño y me gustó mucho la decoración, el personal del hotel muy amable, lo único que no me gustó mucho es que desde temprano se empiezan a escuchar ruidos del área central que es en donde sirven desayuno, si no quieres levantarte tan temprano es un poco molesto.
Nice hotel and very well located, 2 blocks from the zocalo and a few steps from the San Agustin market where you can find several restaurants for breakfast, lunch, dinner. The room is a good size and I liked the decoration, the hotel staff very friendly, the only thing I did not like very much is that from early begin to hear noise from the central area where breakfast is served, if you do not want to get up So early it is a bit annoying.
