★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recognizing that made up museums have a certain following, if that is the type of place you look for, please disregard this review.
I can not recommend this place, since we were trick in to buying a tour of fake places around Guanajuato. It was a waist time on the only day we had to see the town of Guanajuato.
Unfortunately the town is full of horrible tour guides that hut you down, lie and trick you into buying a tour full of fake places.
Don't fall for this! if you want to see the real town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there with the city tour sold at the bus station. They sell it as a "legends museum", but to me this place didn't make any sense. The guide tried to be funny and to scared people, but in a city so rich in history, I was a bit annoyed to spend (or lose...) time and money there. In the same genre, I preferred the Museo Del Purgatorio (where we were also brought), which was at least funny for real and you could at least learn something...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morbid. It was the first stop on a tour. It was like a corny house of horrors . My favorite part was getting out of the house and into the garden. Death, torture and that aren't of interest to me. I would not have chosen it as a place to go. My Guanajuato family said that the incident is a fairy tale and not historically logical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is very short tour place but definitely worth I love the experience p.s next to this place there is a great place for tortas I recommend!! You can order you're food before entering it be ready when you come out !
