Un hotel increíble y el personal es de lo mejor. Muy atento , y te ayudan siempre. En esta época es bastante frío, por el tema de la construcción, pero eso le da la magia. Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo y súper seguro. Fuimos en plan romance y sin duda regresaremos. ?

I love Casa De Los Olivos San Miguel de Allende! The cafeteria is fantastic for breakfast, the view upstairs in the bar is wonderful, the spa is great, with plenty machines and they also have pilates on MWF, which is great!. The service in the hotel san miguel de allende is very good for dinner too, and in the morning is can take awhile to get your meal, the servers are all very nice.

Minimalist hotel with very hospitable staff, close to many streets in the center. We were at room 3, it is practical, but devoid of any decorations. Nice terrace with tasty breakfast everyday.

Very soft and comfortable beds. Great service from staff.. Hotel is conveniently located walking distance to jardin. FYI...beware some staff will offer over priced drinks without disclosing the cost. My brother and I were charged $54 USD for 2 spritzers!

Excellent experience, from the rooms to the staff to the food. The bed and pillows alone made the stay there worth it. Super clean, spacious and affordable. The staff greeted us with complementary cocktails and were very helpful getting us situated. Continental breakfast was included but it wasn't your typical sliced bread with boxed juice, no, these guys had freshly baked artisan pastries and traditional Mexican pan dulce from the awesome cafe/bakery across the street which happened to be owned by the same people who own the hotel. Freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice and great coffee, all of it amazing. But if you really want to have the full breakfast experience here, definitely order the cazuela (egg casserole). This was my favorite breakfast the entire trip, it's just that good!

Stayed here over a weekend. We could not get over how incredible the service at this hotel was. We had originally parked the car at a lot and they not only had a free valet option, they even offered to go get the car at the lot for us and park it themselves. While we waited to check in they checked on us multiple times to offer water and snacks. At all points we felt exceptionally well-taken care of. The reason this hotel gets 4 and not 5 stars is that the rooms are very basic. While they're well-kept and very clean, I thought the lack of desk or table space in the room was a bit unusual. The shower in particular was poorly designed. All of the toiletries and washcloths sit on a rack outside the shower itself, and there was no shelf space within it, even though there is ample space to put some. Cannot say enough about how awesome the staff was! Also, great location right next to the central plaza of the town.
