Las pocas veces que he logrado encontrarla abierta el trato de personal deja mucho que desear, pareciera que te hacen un favor al atenderte.
Las piezas en su mayoría son más caras en este establecimiento, y es extraño porque se supone que es donde se acuñan.
Si buscan monedas de plata para invertir, en banco azteca son mucho más baratas que aquí.
Totalmente horrible la experiencia con la casa de moneda.
Como dato final, su página de internet tiene mucho que no está actualizada. Y nunca contestan los teléfonos.
Of all the times I have been, the store is always closed.
The few times that I have managed to find it open, the personal treatment leaves much to be desired, it seems that they are doing you a favor by assisting you.
Pieces are mostly more expensive at this establishment, and it's strange because that's supposed to be where they are minted.
If you are looking for silver coins to invest, at Banco Azteca they are much cheaper than here.
Totally horrible experience with the mint.
As a final point, their website has a lot that is not up to date. And they never answer the phones.

He pasado 2 veces en sábado, siempre esta cerrado pese a que en su vidrio anuncian que abren de 10am a 2pm.
He comprado por teléfono sin ningún problema pero me gustaría poder ver el producto antes de comprarlo. Una pena que la tienda sea tan inconsistente.
I recommend buying by phone.
I have spent 2 times on Saturday, it is always closed despite the fact that in its glass they announce that they open from 10am to 2pm.
I bought by phone without any problem but I would like to be able to see the product before buying it. A pity that the store is so inconsistent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues no he ido pero la atención telefónica deplorable (nada amable). Y también, si se trata de la CASA DE MONEDA del país, ¿por qué no resaltan eso con un letrero afuera del edificio??? Qué razón hay para ocultar que en ese edificio está NUESTRA casa de moneda??? La gente pasa por ahí sin darse cuenta que adentro se venden los METALES PRECIOSOS del país!!! Debería ser razón de orgullo estar cerca de un lugar así!! Sinceramente no lo entiendo.
Well, I have not gone but the deplorable telephone attention (not at all friendly). And also, if it is about the HOUSE OF MONEY of the country, why not highlight that with a sign outside the building ??? What reason is there to hide that OUR mint is in that building ??? People pass by without realizing that the PRECIOUS METALS of the country are sold inside !!! It should be a source of pride to be near such a place !! I honestly don't get it.
