★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos rateros lleve mi guitarra y me traen a la vuelta y vuelta y no me la regresan ya no reparada ni siquiera como la lleve y les dices que los demandarlas y se tiene, van más de 3 meses y nada los dueños nunca dan la cara.
 They are thieves, I took my guitar and they bring me round and round and they don't return it to me, not repaired even as I take it, and you tell them to sue them and they have it, they go for more than 3 months and nothing, the owners never show their faces .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé a arreglar una guitarra desde Marzo del año pasado. La señora encargada me comentó que tardarían cerca de dos meses en repararla a lo cual le dije que no tenía problemas.
Ya tiene más de un año, después de darme largas, nada concreto, pedirme chance para "15 días más" porque "por el clima" el barniz no quedaba. Les dije que me dieran la guitarra como estuviera desde hace unos meses, siempre decían que devolverían la llamada y a la fecha no lo han hecho.
Es una decepción porque yo desde niño iba a esta tienda y ahora me causa repulsión tanta indiferencia, mal servicio, falta de empatía, desinterés y todavía escuché que se burlaron de mi una vez que llamé.
Espero volver a ver esa guitarra algún día, NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA LLEVAR INSTRUMENTOS A REPARAR CON ESTE PERSONAL TAN INCOMPETENTE, IRRESPONSABLE E INFORMAL.
I have been fixing a guitar since March of last year. The lady in charge told me that it would take about two months to repair it, to which I told her that she had no problems.
He is already more than a year old, after taking lengths, nothing concrete, asking me for a chance for "15 more days" because "because of the weather" the varnish was not left. I told them to give me the guitar as it was for a few months, they always said that they would return the call and to date they have not.
It is a disappointment because I used to go to this store since I was a child and now I am repulsed by so much indifference, bad service, lack of empathy, disinterest and I still heard that they made fun of me once I called.
I hope to see that guitar again someday, NOT RECOMMENDING TO BRING INSTRUMENTS FOR ANYTHING TO REPAIR WITH THIS SO INCOMPETENT, IRRESPONSIBLE AND INFORMAL STAFF.

Se las pedí deregreso y con una actitud muy grosera me dijeron "Como quiera señora". Tuve que ir un par de días después y no si quiera habían comenzado a repararla. Muy mal servicio
