Por todas las últimas evaluaciones malas que he leido, me parece que lo ideal es ir para el desayuno nada más. La cochinita pibil vale la pena también ahí. They welcomed us very badly but they recovered and gave us a table on the terrace. The place is beautiful and the truth is that the breakfast is very rich. For all the last bad evaluations that I have read, it seems to me that the ideal is to go for breakfast nothing else. The cochinita pibil is also worth it there.

Veo muchos comentarios hablando sobre el servicio lento y la relación precio calidad y es increible que la gerencia no pongan atención en los comentarios desde hace meses para mejorar de un tema tan recurrente en los visitantes. Lo que deja ver que el negocio en realidad es el hospedaje en la hacienda sin importar el servicio que dan en el restaurante. Definitivamente no regresaría. In short: nice place (nothing spectacular), extremely slow but friendly service, price/quality/portion far out of range. I see many comments talking about the slow service and the price-quality ratio and it is incredible that the management has not paid attention to the comments for months to improve such a recurring theme among visitors. What shows that the business is actually lodging at the hacienda regardless of the service they provide in the restaurant. I definitely wouldn't go back.

Das Personal wirkte kompetent, organisiert und sehr freundlich. Schon der erste Mitarbeiter auf dem Parkplatz lud uns ein nach dem Essen die Gärten zu besichtigen. Das Essen war für uns in Ordnung und insbesondere die Tacos fanden wir sehr gut. Nach den bisher gemachten Erfahrungen kann dieses Restaurant empfohlen werden. We popped in for dinner and loved the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful grounds. The staff seemed competent, organized and very friendly. The first employee in the parking lot invited us to visit the gardens after the meal. The food was fine for us and we especially liked the tacos. Based on previous experiences, this restaurant can be recommended.

El servicio fue amable y atento! La terraza tiene una vista muy agradable al jardín a fusion food restaurant with some traditional Yucatan dishes. everything we ordered was delicious and we are very satisfied. The waiters are beyond untrained, and clueless at their job. We practically had to beg to get some water after being ignored for 30 min, and asking several times. In this heat that is unacceptable and dangerous. At no point did it improve. If you are coming it's for the building, as the food is just alright and the service is embarrassing. You'll be better attended better at the food courts. It's a shame this is just a husk of it's former self, used to be the best place in the city.

Outdoor patio is not what I had in mind: does not look like you are in a hacienda. Setting is way too casual as tables have no tablecloth. Waiters are in a rush and not the most friendly. Food is far from remarkable.
