Mal trato de parte de la "subdirectora" trato grosero y déspota.
No se da seguimiento médico como marcan y carecen muy seguido de personal para atender.
Se les caen los adultos mayores por la falta de atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco recomendado, la mamá de la dueña labora en las instalaciones y los trata muy brusco, no les duran las enfermeras y siempre padecen de personal.
Al termino de la relación con ellos se portan groseros y hasta cierran la puerta en la cara y no atienden las llamadas alegando que ya no les importa pues ya es el fin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy recomendable mi papa solo estuvo ahí 2 meses ya era una persona grande de 91 años con muchos problemas de salud por la edad pero he de decirles que cuando se puso mal y tuve q llevarlo al hospital recibí todo el apoyo del personal de la casa de reposo, como anécdota mi pp preguntaba por sus cuidadoras cuando ibamos en la ambulancia y bueno la dueña del lugar Odalis si iba con nosotros. Dios lo recogió y ya no fue posible que regresará.
