s	sofia ibarra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima , pagué por adelantado $16,000 PESOS POR UN MES ,NO me dieron ningún COMPROBANTE ,NI CONTRATO , LA SRITA NAYELI la encargada no se comprometió A nada , a los dos días falleció mi mamá , quedamos en que me iba a regresar parte del dinero, porque $16,000 (pesos) por dos noches me pareció excesivo, ya NO CONTESTA mis llamadas, NO DA COMPROBANTE DE PAGO PARA NADA LO RECOMIENDO Terrible, I paid in advance $ 16,000 PESOS FOR A MONTH, I was not given any PROOF, NOR CONTRACT, MISS NAYELI the manager did not commit to anything, two days later my mother died, we agreed that part of the money was going to return to me, because $ 16,000 (pesos) for two nights seemed excessive to me, NO longer ANSWERS my calls, DOES NOT GIVE PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR NOTHING I RECOMMEND IT
C	Cesar Alejandro Garcia G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, mi mamá se cayó y no me avisaron, me dí cuenta porque caminaba mal y tenia un moretón en la espalda, cuando pregunté que le pasó solo me dijeron "apoco no le avisaron" según ellos la revisaron los de la EMME pero no dejaron evidencia, y así puras mentiras, le perdían su ropa y pañales, nada profesionales, no dan factura o recibos, no recomiendo éste lugar, terminé sacando a mi madre a pesar de haber pagado por adelantado. Terrible place, my mother fell and they did not warn me, I realized because she was walking badly and had a bruise on her back, when I asked what happened to her they only told me "little they did not warn her" according to them the EMME checked her but not They left evidence, and thus pure lies, they lost her clothes and diapers, nothing professional, they do not give invoices or receipts, I do not recommend this place, I ended up taking my mother out despite having paid in advance.

A	Amalia Lara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si aman a su abuelo, no lo mande a ese lugar, tuvimos muy mala experiencia con mi papá, se enfermo y no nos avisaron, necesitaba unos exámenes, les llevamos el dinero para que se los realizarán y no le hicieron nada, los sacamos de ese lugar el 3 de agosto 2021 al hospital porque ya no reaccionaba, el diagnostico del hospital fué desnutrición severa, deshidratacion y COVID, tenia 7 días enfermo para cuando nos avisaron. Mi papá murió el 16 de agosto, les pedimos que nos regresaran el dinero del mes que pagamos por adelantado ya que solo se usaron 7 días y se ofendieron, ni siquiera tuvieron empatia por nuestro dolor. Solo le pido a Dios que se arrepientan de sus acciones y que los perdone.
