L	Luz Berta Covarrubias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El año pasado tuve la oportunidad de llevar a un familiar por unos días la verdad es de que la calidez del personal en ese momento y la atención fueron excelentes tristemente hoy vuelvo utilizarlo solamente por una estancia de día y me doy cuenta que ya no está el personal completó y por lo tanto no se dan abasto para dar atención que daban, la encargada parece ser la enfermera es excelente y trata de estar en todo y es muy eficiente sin embargo los chicos que están como auxiliares de enfermería ignoran a los pacientes mi familiar es una persona que tiene problemas (motrices) de movimiento pero su nivel de conciencia y de cognición es excelente solicitó en varias ocasiones al chico que lo llevará al baño y que por favor lo bañara pero éste lo ignoró pensando qué es como la mayoría de las personas que ahí están fue hasta que llegué yo después de mediodía en que le hice ver que estaba muy mojado y que requeríamos cambiar el pañal y bañarlo hasta que lo hizo pero ayudado por mí creo que si es necesario quizás cobrar más pero contratar personal más capaz y con mayor conocimiento y sensibilidad.
