★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar súper "Zen" en Puebla para disfrutar y relajarse. Me sentí como si hubiera vuelto a Kyōto y pudiera tomarme un té en algún templo con vista al jardín.
La verdad las experiencias que ofrecen las súper recomiendo. En caso de incluir alimentos, os advierto que toca esperar un poco porque se les pone mucho empeño a cada plato. La espera aproximada es de entre 20/30 min, así que no vayan con mucha hambre o terminarán un poquito hangry como me pasó a mí.
Ésta primera visita me ha tocado el festival de la Luna: consistía en un «rāmen de otoño» (¡Delicioso! Se notaron mucho los 3 días de preparación del caldo) un Baozi (Bollo al vapor relleno), un Moon cake (una repostería tradicional china relacionada a éste festival) y el «té de otoño» (un blend bastante ad hoc a la temporada)
La ceremonia del final estuvo interesante y la verdad sí te deja con ganas de repetir. Quizá vuelva muy pronto... ☺️
A super "Zen" place in Puebla to enjoy and relax. I felt like I had returned to Kyōto and could have tea in some temple overlooking the garden.
I really recommend the experiences that they offer. In case of including food, I warn you that you have to wait a bit because they put a lot of effort into each dish. The approximate wait is between 20/30 min, so do not go very hungry or you will end up a little hangry as it happened to me.
This first visit I had the Moon festival: it consisted of an «autumn rāmen» (Delicious! The 3 days of preparation of the broth were very noticeable) a Baozi (stuffed steamed bun), a Moon cake (a pastry traditional Chinese related to this festival) and the «autumn tea» (a blend quite ad hoc to the season)
The ceremony at the end was interesting and the truth does leave you wanting to repeat. Maybe I'll be back very soon ... ☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ambiente es tranquilo, pero hay muchos puntos que deberían mejorar, principalmente la atención al cliente, a demás que al ser un evento con reservaciones y aún costo de $650 por persona, deberían ofrecer más calidad, más atención y mejor presentación, creo que el servir bebidas en un vaso de plástico no va con los precios que manejan.
La decoración: se supone que era con temática de Totoro, pero por mi parte deja mucho que desear, esperaba más, tenía altas espectativas del lugar pero me decepcionó bastante, la verdad no volvería a ir.
La comida le doy un 2 de 5 sigo pensando que el precio fue muy alto para lo que ofrecieron, no lo vale.
The atmosphere is calm, but there are many points that should be improved, mainly customer service, as well as being an event with reservations and still costing $650 per person, they should offer more quality, more attention and better presentation, I think the serving drinks in a plastic glass does not go with the prices they manage.
The decoration: it was supposed to be Totoro themed, but for my part it leaves a lot to be desired, I expected more, I had high expectations of the place but I was quite disappointed, the truth is I would not go again.
I give the food a 2 out of 5, I still think that the price was too high for what they offered, it's not worth it.

En cuanto al precio están cosas precio accesibles y algunas si un poco caras pero recomendado ?
It is a really incredible place you want to be in a quiet place with harmony everything is prepared at the moment so it takes a while but it is worth waiting they have different types of tea and health measures and the attention is good
As for the price, things are affordable and some are a little expensive but recommended ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es muy bonito, tranquilo sobre todo. La atención es buena, las chicas que nos atendieron son muy serviciales. Tienen una carta de tés extensa, sin embargo también cuentan con sodas o café.
Su carta de alimentos a pesar de no ser muy amplia cuenta con varios platillos salados muy ricos, de buen tamaño y a un precio accesible. La carta de postres tiene opciones deliciosas, los alimentos los preparan al momento por lo que hay un tiempo de espera, sin embargo vale la pena la espera.
The place is very beautiful, mostly quiet. The attention is good, the girls who attended us are very helpful. They have an extensive tea menu, however they also have sodas or coffee.
Its food menu, despite not being very extensive, has several very rich salty dishes, of a good size and at an affordable price. The dessert menu has delicious options, the food is prepared at the moment so there is a waiting time, however it is worth the wait.
