Such a cute hotel and really sweet and responsive staff! They helped us with every little detail (booking covid tests, finding nearby pharmacies/atms, restaurant recs). The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Warning, it can be super loud. You can hear people going up and down the stairs, talking, etc. Part of the old building charm. Overall, still would recommend!

Was really looking forward to staying at Casa Decu. We arrived late after lots of delays and wanted to head out into the amazing La Condessa neighborhood to grab dinner. As we checked in they said that there were issues with the rooms and there wasn’t an available one for us?! We were sent to a sister hotel in La Reforma- more of a condo long stay place with no breakfast. Pretty disappointing :( Felt that at the very least they should have given us the heads up.

Friendly staff, fantastic rooftop and solid complimentary breakfast. Knocking a couple of stars off for a wonky room design, and fixture quality issues, that detracted from the quality of stay. There’s no shortage of wonderful design-forward hotels in CDMX, so I’d recommend checking options before settling on Decu.

We had an amazing time at the stylish Casa Decu. Even though I don't like Mexico City, this place in Condesa was like an Oasis. It for sure had the fastest hot water in the shower in all accommodations and homes we had all over Mexico through the years. It has some details that not even 5-star hotels provide. Breakfast is basic big covered all needs and taste for us. The only downside was the noise that came from the terrace in the morning. One thing that I was really annoyed about (for which reason I cannot give full stars) was their handling of data. They took a photocopy of my credit card, with all details that allows you to use it for online purchase. Had I known this in advance, I would've made sure to cover the CVC code at least. I raised my concern at check-in but it was ignored and we were left with no other option in the middle of the night. I still feel anxious about this.

Incredible value for location Casa Decu is a sweet, modern, and minimalist boutique hotel with the perfect Condesa location, just steps away from the Amsterdam loop and so many restaurants and shops. It has iconic and classic Art Deco deco and details which really make it special. The room, especially for the price, was very spacious and modern. Bed was smaller than I expected, but comfortable. The room is perfect for longer staying guests, as it has a larger than normal fridge, microwave, stove top, sink, etc. and is great for making your own food. WiFi was great, as I was able to take video calls and upload without issues. The rooftop, where they serve breakfast, is such a hidden gem spot and is really gorgeous. The only critique I have for them is the coffee. There is a coffee maker in the room, and a small machine, but the single serve bag of coffee is $3 USD. I hope Casa Decu reconsiders this and just give guests coffee for free daily in the room. It’s small details like this that can give a good or bad experience and people like to have coffee in-room before venturing out. I would return as it’s such an idea location, price and the overall experience was positive. Note: there is no lift and guests need to walk up narrow windings staircases to enter the rooms and the rooftop. The bellman and/or security will assist with bags, but it’s not accessible for guests with disabilities.

Nice modern rooms. Great location & rooftop. My only disappointment was no elevators. If you have health issues walking up narrow stairs, I would avoid booking this. Carrying huge suitcases up or down is a pain. Otherwise it's reasonably priced

A cosy boutique hotel in the beautiful district Condesa. Very good location in an awesome neighbourhood and close to nice cafés. The interior of the hotel is very modern, and the rooms are pretty and clean. There’s a gym but it’s very small and not the best at all. The breakfast is OK. We will definitely come back the next time we’re in the city.

Really comfy hotel staffed by very friendly people. Our room was more to the inside of the building so was a little sombre during the day- would have been nice to have more light at times. The rooftop is great, the breakfast up there is simple and we never ordered more items but I saw people eating what looked like well-made dishes. All round great hotel, except for the vis-a-vis and sounds we could here from other guests. 1 star off for that, at times it was quite annoying to hear and see
