★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se que el los beneficios que nos da el INAPAM son muy valiosos. Pero me decepcionó mucho el trato que nos dieron casi todo el personal encargado de organizar nos dentro de este local. Nos trataron como si fuéramos tontos y retrasados. Parecía que habíamos entrado a un reclusorio. Órdenes sin ninguna amabilidad. Amenazándonos que si teníamos algún error al llenar la forma de registro. No nos darían la credencial y que tendríamos que esperar otros 6 meses. Literal amenazandonos cuándo a los adultos mayores se les debe de tratar con respeto. Como cualquier otra persona. Qué vergüenza.
 I know that the benefits that INAPAM gives us are very valuable. But I was very disappointed in the treatment that almost all the staff in charge of organizing us inside this place gave us. They treated us like we were stupid and retarded. It seemed that we had entered a prison. Orders without any kindness. Threatening us if we made any mistake when filling out the registration form. They would not give us the credential and we would have to wait another 6 months. Literally threatening us when older adults should be treated with respect. Like any other person. What a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen trato, cuenta con asientos para todos los adultos mayores y les revisan los papeles si falta alguno dan oportunidad de traerlo. Para tener mejor lugar llegar 6:30 a 7 AM, se forman en la puerta trasera. La atención es mejor que en Iztapalapa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar de servicios y apoyo para el adulto mayor, pero por favor que quiten al sr que enmica las credenciales o cuando menos que no abuse de la gente, ese servicio debe ser voluntario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a tramitar mi credencial del inapam y la persona viernes 13, la persona que me atendio menciona que ya no habia servicio, si se reparten 100 fichas al dia y eramos como veinte. Después me entero que esta persona coludida con la que llena a cabo el registo para dicha credencia no querian trabajar con el pretexto que se llevaria acabo el festejo de las madres de casa hogar. La coordinadora la felicito por llevar acabo su trabajo.

Atendieron a tiempo, fueron muy amables. Todo muy bien.
Hay cursos, talleres y actividades.
Recomendación: Llegar temprano paz pues sólo se dan 100 fichas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a sacar mi credencial. Ya entre a la tercera edad. Lo digo con orgullo. Atienden muy amables. Lo único que no me pareció. Fue ver gente grande y con dificultad para caminar. Los mandaban a sacar copias ó a tomarse otras fotografías. ( Gente que se ve, que van con lo justo de dinero) eso es el único inconveniente.
