★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se ve actividad, la reja está cerrada, sólo la puerta que da a las oficinas está abierta, tuvimos que tocar muy fuerte. Fuimos 4 personas a tramitar la tarjeta del INAPAN y no tenían, nos pidieron regresar en un mes. Una Sra dijo que lleva 5 años tratando de obtener. Mals atención.
There is no activity, the gate is closed, only the door that leads to the offices is open, we had to knock very hard. We were 4 people to process the INAPAN card and they did not have them, they asked us to return in a month. One lady said that she has been trying for 5 years to obtain. Bad attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me sorprendió en verdad el trabajo que está realizando la nueva administración, fui a tramitar mi tarjeta de INAPAM y fue rapidísimo, me trataron muy bien y me entregaron mi tarjeta en menos de media hora en realidad los felicito por la forma tan responsable y organizada en la que están trabajando, como debe de ser como servidores públicos.
I was really surprised by the work that the new administration is doing, I went to process my INAPAM card and it was very fast, they treated me very well and they gave me my card in less than half an hour, I really congratulate them for the responsible and organized way in which they are working, as it should be as public servants.
