★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar, extraordinaria vista de la Ciudad de Pachuca, hermosa vista del amanecer, acceso un poco confuso con promesa de mejorarlo( les puedo ayudar si preguntan por e-mail), buena ubicación para ir a la presa de Cedral o Mineral del Chico, media hora y una hora más o menos; Buenas habitaciones pero para adultos mayores complicado por el declive y escaleras, restaurante del lugar regular por qué amabilidad excelente, pero tarda el servicio y no hay todos los insumos (tardan y pocas tortillas, jugo no natural, poca miel ni mantequilla, cosas a mejorar), recomendable tranquilo, y con suerte habrá noche de leyendas muy recomendable buena actuación te sumerge al ambiente del tiempo de la revolución, buenos sustos, excelente, es buena opción salvó lo mencionado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es muy mala , reserve una habitación y me entregaron otra, más pequeña y por el mismo costo, no sirve la luz, el baño huele mal, no te ponen toallas, no sirve la regadera, el costo no tiene nada que ver con el servicio tan pésimo que dan. Si quieres una experiencia terrible a un alto costo, quédate en este alojamiento !
The attention is very bad, I reserved a room and they gave me another one, smaller and for the same cost, the light does not work, the bathroom smells bad, they do not give you towels, the shower does not work, the cost has nothing to do with the lousy service they give. If you want a terrible experience at a high cost, stay in this accommodation!

Se entiende que por las fechas no hay dispocisión, pero no ofreces un servicio si no lo puedes solventar en estos días.
Mi reservación erróneamente fue para 6 personas (el cual se pagó), al llegar mi habitación era para dos personas y jamás se me notificó el cambio. Al entrar, la habitación olía muy mal, el baño no tenía luz y el agua de la regadera igual que su atención: nula. Al reportar este tipo de percances la respuesta del hotel fue totalmente absurda, pues lejos de dar una solución, se justificaban, haciéndome perder el tiempo que tenía contemplado para lo que iba: pasarla bien.
NO LO RECOMIENDO.

My reservation was wrongly for 6 people (which was paid for), when I arrived my room was for two people and I was never notified of the change. Upon entering, the room smelled very bad, the bathroom had no light and the water from the shower just like his attention: zero. When reporting this type of mishap, the hotel's response was totally absurd, since far from providing a solution, they justified themselves, making me waste the time I had planned for what I was going to do: have a good time.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me gustó, creo que el precio que cobran por las habitaciones es demasiado para lo que es, las instalaciones estaban sucias, llenas de hojas de árboles y telarañas, la habitación también estaba sucia, el piso lleno de basuritas que probablemente entran del exterior, llegamos una hora del check in y aunque el hotel estaba completamente vacío no nos quisieron dar la habitación, nos mandaron a real del monte que es el pueblo más cercano y esta como a 20 minutos, cuando la verdad ya estábamos cansados del viaje, literalmente están en medio de la nada así que les recomiendo llevar botanas y agua porque no dejan ni una botellita de cortesía en la habitación, jamás se nos dio un tour por las instalaciones, ni por la alberca ni el restaurante, nosotros tuvimos que preguntar y averiguar todo, no había agua caliente para bañarse, todo mal :(
I didn't like it, I think the price they charge for the rooms is too much for what it is, the facilities were dirty, full of tree leaves and cobwebs, the room was also dirty, the floor full of garbage that probably came in from outside, we arrived one hour before check in and although the hotel was completely empty they did not want to give us the room, they sent us to real del monte which is the closest town and it is about 20 minutes away, when the truth is that we were already tired of the trip, literally they are in the middle of nowhere so I recommend you bring snacks and water because they don't leave a courtesy bottle in the room, we were never given a tour of the facilities, neither the pool nor the restaurant, we had to ask and find out everything , there was no hot water to bathe, all wrong :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó el hotel. Todos muy amables. Hubo un día que no había agua caliente pero lo resolvieron rápido y todos los demás días no hizo falta el agua caliente. Fuimos con nuestros cuyos y todo muy bien. Está en la montaña, pero es preferible porque la parte de la ciudad no está bonita (esto ayuda también que la vista sea muy bonita), está como a 6 min de Real del Monte y como a 25 minutos de los otros pueblitos mágicos. Entonces está muy bien. Alomejor lo único que me sacó de onda es que les pedí una salsa y primero me dijeron que costaba 35 y luego 50.
I liked the hotel. All very friendly. There was one day there was no hot water but they fixed it quickly and every other day there was no need for hot water. We went with our guinea pigs and all very well. It is in the mountains, but it is preferable because the part of the city is not pretty (it also helps that the view is very pretty), it is about 6 minutes from Real del Monte and about 25 minutes from the other magical towns. So it's very good. Maybe the only thing that freaked me out was that I asked them for a sauce and first they told me it cost 35 and then 50.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, this place has nothing of the "boutique" hotel described. It's a shame, because the structure would be lovely, the beds are comfortable and the location is great, but it also has major issues:
for example the smelly, old-fashioned bathrooms, the covered swimming pool with abandoned/ruined jacuzzi and tons of people smoking inside, and other common areas. Also, no hairdryer in the whole place: seriously?
Definitely not worth the price.
