All of the rooms l, restaurant and common areas are clean and very carefully design each room has the name of a famous place from the region. The restuarant is famous in San Cristobal de Las Casas for its fresh bread and regional plates.
The experience of staying at the hotel is really a nice one.
Very well located. Access by taxi is recommendation. Transportation from Tuxta Airport is around MXN1000 each ride.

The decoration is modern with good taste and the rooms are very spacious and comfy, very brand new furniture, a pillow menu for you to choose, new linens, the bathroom is very functional and the hot water is very hot with good pressure.
Can't find a flaw so far. Well except that the SPA area is a bit small.
The decoration of the common areas is very inviting and comfortable with a touch of Mayan designs and concepts.
Has underground parking, a big plus in San Cristobal and is just one block and a half from the main plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at their boutique house/apartment a few blocks away. It was very nice. Our apartment included breakfast,so we walked over to the hotel one time and enjoyed the breakfast. Very nice ambience in the restaurant. Highly recommend the boutique assortment/house that they rent a few blocks away. The private staff was amazing and very helpful.
