★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un buen lugar par estudiantes que no cuentan con suficientes recursos pues es muy economico, pero si te condicionan mucho a apoyar a un partido politico en reuniones y marchas. Solo es bueno para estar temporalmente.

No hay privacidad el encargado se mete a tu cuarto si no le abres la puerta
han robado muchas veces y los encargados no hacen caso
Tienes que avisar si vas a salir a cualquier lado ,hasta para ir al oxxo
Entregar tu Horario para saber aque horas sales
Si no vas al palacio de gobierno cuando ellos quieren hay sanciones
en casa de hombres no hay luz ni agua desde el año pasado por que esperan los de gobierno lo paguen
Creen que el gobierno tiene la culpa por qu eres pobre
por ellos estan estudiando
La verdad hay muchos problemas en esta casa NO les conviene venir a quedarse aqui, lo bueno es la ubicacion pero nada mas

There is no privacy the manager gets into your room if you do not open the door
they have stolen many times and the managers ignore
You have to warn if you are going to go anywhere, even to go to the oxxo
Deliver your Schedule to know which hours you leave
If you do not go to the government palace when they want there are penalties
In the men's house there is no light or water since last year because the government is expecting to pay for it
They think the government is to blame why you are poor
for they are studying
The truth is there are many problems in this house. It is not convenient for you to come and stay here, the good thing is the location but nothing else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Casa del Estudiante de Monterrey es una excelente opción para los jóvenes de escasos recursos de las diferentes entidades del país y del estado de Nuevo León, siempre preocupados porspor preparación academica y el desarrollo integral de los moradores (as). Lo mejor de todo son las actividades culturales y deportivas y no solo eso participan a nivel nacional en las Espartaqueadas de Tecomatlán Puebla. (ojalá no se suspenda la de este año, todos queremos ir).... ?
The Monterrey Student House is an excellent option for young people with limited resources from the different entities of the country and the state of Nuevo León, always concerned about academic preparation and the integral development of the residents. The best of all are the cultural and sports activities and not only that they participate at the national level in the Espartaqueadas de Tecomatlán Puebla. (I hope this year's one is not suspended, we all want to go) .... ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No debería de tener ni la opción para calificar este lugar, muy buena ubicación pero muy mal lugar para vivir. Si eres mujer la opción aun es muy peor el encargado se mete a los cuartos y no respetan la privacidad, no hay seguridad y se han metido a robar muchas veces. Además ponen en primer lugar su lucha que tus estudios en la universidad.
El precio y la ubicación están bien, el trato de lo peor.
I should not have the option to qualify this place, very good location but very bad place to live. If you are a woman, the option is even worse, the manager gets into the rooms and does not respect privacy, there is no security and they have steal many times. They also put their struggle in front of your studies at the university.
The price and the location are fine, the treatment is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, mala administración, obligan a los estudiantes a apoyar al partido politico la antorcha campesina, en caso de no hacerlo buscan la forma de sancionar, obligan a ir a marchas, plantones, visitas a otros estados, obviamente todo relacionado con los intereses del partido. Muy inseguro y mas en casa de las mujeres, ambiente pesado en ambas casas, no hay privacidad. Lo unico bueno que tiene es la ubicación y el precio.
Terrible service, bad administration, they force students to support the peasant torch political party, if they don't, they look for a way to sanction, they force them to go to marches, sit-ins, visits to other states, obviously everything related to the interests of the match. Very unsafe and more in the women's house, heavy environment in both houses, there is no privacy. The only good thing about it is the location and the price.
