★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta tienda no tienen actualizados los precios. Publican uno y al cobrar lo tienen más caro. Por otro lado no los tienen catalogados correctamente. Su existencia de libros es muy limitada.
El personal que labora no está capacitado ni para dar orientarte ni para tratar al cliente. Compre un libro en la zona de 6 años, resultó ser un libro juvenil y al asistir a q me lo cambiaran, fueron muy groseros. Insistiendo que era para niños… si por lo menos se hubieran tomado la molestia de leer una página…
No me gusta perder mi tiempo ni mucho menos pasar malos ratos, así que no recomiendo esta tienda
Prices are not updated in this store. They publish one and when they charge they have it more expensive. On the other hand they do not have them cataloged correctly. Its stock of books is very limited.
The staff that works is not trained to guide you or to deal with the client. I bought a book in the 6-year-old zone, it turned out to be a youth book and when I attended to have it changed, they were very rude. Insisting that it was for children ... if only they had taken the trouble to read a page ...
I do not like wasting my time, much less having a bad time, so I do not recommend this store
