★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go out to eat a lot, like, a lot...and this is probably the worst restaurant I've ever experienced. I am staying at Cancun Plaza and there isn't a lot around here. I was here for 16 days and I gave this place 4 tries thinking it can't possibly be this bad so consistently. Well, it was.
Breakfast isn't bad, the combo is okay. I had the worst excuse for a spaghetti bolognese ever. Watery, very little meat, precooked and overcooked pasta. Uninspired salads. They have a pizza oven that appears legit, but nope! Prepackaged crust that still turns out doughy.
Also, pay attention to the menu prices. I was overcharged twice. I confronted them and got some "free" drinks out of it.
The view can't be beat, however, but this place is just...phenomenally bad. Laughably bad, actually.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning, do not eat here. They don't care about dietary requirements and allergies. I ordered vegetarian salad after repeating 3 times to 3 different people that I am vegetarian and don't eat meat. They managed to bring me salad.. with ham. After I told them I can't it because I am vegetarian, the chef managed to just remove the ham from the top and return the same plate... With some ham peaces still inside. Are dietary requirements a joke to you? When someone ends up dead they might start to care. 0/5, only giving two stars because the waiter was lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Way over priced, and small portions. Drinks included. Got a pina colada and they filled a small 6oz plastic cup and left over half of the mix in the blender... for $120, not worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There drinks where watered down.. says there open until 10 pm. They would not let us sit down at 9 pm . The breakfast food was ok . The rest of the food was not good. Have had better burgers from a microwave
