★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was incredibly accommodating and always friendly! The room was gorgeous and we were right in the middle of town. If we ever get the chance to go the Guanajuato again we will definitely be trying to book here!

The front desk staff was a bit unorganized but friendly. I cannot wait until our next stay here!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not stay there but went to their restaurant for breakfast. It was delicious! I would give it 5 start but it seems to be common practice in Guanajuato for the service to be slow. The restaurant itself is open and beautiful and airy. I loved the matcha coffee and the smoked salmon that we ordered. I would recommend if you’re not in a rush to go anywhere in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are well decorated and very clean. Food was superb. My only hesitations for not providing 5 stars are two fold: 1. While staff was very friendly and accommodating, I had to follow up on my initial request when asking the desk for any type of assistance and 2. Because of the way it is situation, there’s really no feasible way to have an elevator from the first floor to the top. It was exhausting going up to our room. 6000 feet in elevation plus an injured leg (not caused at the hotel) made the trek up and down the stairs very strenuous. If you are older, have a physical disability or not in great shape, this is not the hotel for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. Its the one hotel where I can truly say every detail is perfect. Staff is friendly and courteous. Its not the cheapest but once you pay that price of admission, the staff go out of their way to make sure everything is easy and tension free. We will be back and I think it is the best view of Guanajuato. We enjoyed drinks every sunset that we were there.
